Hi is anyone else having internet access issues this morning? My router has got sync but no internet. Rebooted several times but no change. Slingshot customer services closed today of course.

I've had the same issue for days now. I don't know if it's something on my end but everything was working fine until I woke up one morning.

The Helpdesk is open every day of the year, however on public holidays opens at 10am unless things have changed and they open early.

Internet Gateway magically reapeared at about 19:30hrs yesterday and all working fine now. I called up slingshot to log a call yesterday morning but just gor the standard call back during working hours message.
