Then they changed it to nothing for a while.
Then in 2011 they decided to use a copy of another unrelated form email:
Failed Credit Card Payment
Hi <my name>,
It has come to our attention that the credit card payment has failed this month and your account is currently overdue.
To prevent restriction of your services please contact us on 0800 13 30 30 between the hours of 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday, to make alternative arrangements to pay your account.
Amount Owing: $<amount>
If you have already paid this bill within the last couple of days, thank you and please disregard this reminder.

More recently they actually managed to get it right!

Unfortunately that didn't last long. Today:
