So, I'm looking into changing ISPs at the moment, the main reason is wanting more data.

Unfortunately, it seems Orcon fail the first hurdle, which is "being competent".

Not only could their sign up website not find my street (which has been there for about 30 years now!), when I clicked on the "can't find my address" button, I couldn't complete that form either:

I guess they don't want my money....

Why not call them? Their number does have Join Us in it, lol, so they clearly want your money. How long ago did you last try the page?

Probably just an honest mistake on their website. Why not ring and tell them about it?

The address finder was working earlier today, I was using it. Might be down due to their issue at the DC ?

Otherwise, as the others said, call them - the sales team will answer pretty quick.

In an ideal world, I probably would ring and tell them about it; however:

a) It's much more fun to just moan  Laughing
b) More seriously, I don't get on with phones very well (I have pretty bad hearing)

I'll probably email them.

Have you tried it on a different computer? Lol, it could be a browser issue perhaps.

jamesrt: I'll probably email them.

Good luck! I emailed them a while ago and they were happy to respond to my pre-sale questions, but, believe it or not, the moment I tried to actually place an order they stopped replying to me (?!). I emailed them back after about a week and got no response. I'm now with a different ISP and the service has been great :)
