You can pay your account automatically using your credit card already - http://www.2degreesmobile.co.nz/paymonthly/paying-your-bill.

Is this what you want?

My credit card is loaded but it only gives me a radio button saying "don't pay my bill automatically".

You might want to suggest to your web guys to make it a checkbox - I'm told that's a much better way of providing a Yes/No option ;)

Lol, was just giving it back to salty.

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Thinking about it though -- does it not give you the option to setup automatic payment at the point you go to pay the bill manually? I seem to recall that from when I pay my wife's bill.

I do recall something about this when I set up the card but now I just want it to automatically pay my bill. It's a bad user experience to require customers to delete their credit card and then re-enter it to get recurring payment set up.

Who do you guys use for user testing? it seems that there is a large gap of stuff that does not work.
