Just jumped from prepaid to pay monthly. Paid my first bill per "Your 2Degrees" using credit card online, internet banking shows payment processed on the 25th. 28th today and still showing as outstanding.

How long does it take for "Your 2Degrees" to update normally?

Usually 5 seconds via credit card.

Yep - payment normally shows as having been made immediately. Contact 2degrees.

if you take a look on their facebook page it looks like there is an error. others are complaining too.
