Good that Snap 0800 works on a mobile. My VOIP connection doesn't work without a working bb connection. Spoke to Snap tech support and have me up and running again. Some resetting at Snap end and reenter logon configs at my end.

All my connections are fine in Chch and queenstown.
Have you actually rung snap yet regarding this ?

Likely just an isolated issue.
