So we are looking at moving very soon (It was going to be six weeks, but things have changed and it might be as soon as 2 weeks)

What is the best way to go in regards of switching our genius here to the new home ??

Hi there,

If you don't have a date yet, wait until you get one because the team can't place any orders until you do.

We're working on a much, much easier way to do this going forward - but for now a call to the Helpdesk on 0800 13 14 15 should have it sorted within a few minutes. :)

Hi moxpearl, I was watching the thread and saw that you didn't report back to say if you were successful on getting you devices relocation sorted out. Just inquiring to find out if you got through and if it went smoothly.
