So we are looking at moving very soon (It was going to be six weeks, but things have changed and it might be as soon as 2 weeks)

What is the best way to go in regards of switching our genius here to the new home ??

Hi there,

If you don't have a date yet, wait until you get one because the team can't place any orders until you do.

We're working on a much, much easier way to do this going forward - but for now a call to the Helpdesk on 0800 13 14 15 should have it sorted within a few minutes. :)
