Just wondering how wide spread the network outage on Snap is @ the moment, as have been offline since 12:30

Looks pretty bad. I rebooted my router and now it cannot even connect using PPPoE - getting PAP timeouts.

It does not work here in hamilton either.... Problem NOT resolved

0800 number keeps playing up. Still no go for me. Albany area

Yep, wasnt working for me up until a few mins ago.

Was getting PPP auth errors until 13:45 then it manage to connect.
One subsequent reboot I started getting auth errors again until a few mins ago.

As SCM mentioned, it looked like their servers got flooded.
