Peoples,

Interesting little Gotya! has just come to light on my latest bill from 2D. I moved from the $149 unlimited national calling plan to the $129 (600 +100 min) plan. I have found a "voice mail access" charge on my latest monthly invoice.

The nice sales person in the 2D store who was good enough to track down my S3 managed to miss this little point when my plan was changed at the same time. I just assumed voice mail access was free or it used your allocated plan mins before applying charges.

So the latest invoice includes just under $30 worth of voicemail charges.  ($129 + $28.80 (+a few other things)) = over $149.00 (again + a few other things).

The CSR I spoke with tonight stated that "we charge 20 cents per call on all plans" but did seek confirmation when I suggested I had never been charged for it while on the unlimited plan. So we both learned something tonight.

Anyway general notice to all who may be moving on or around the unlimited national call plan(s).

Cheers

Lee

Someday someone is going to make an app which answers calls for you and makes a voicemail service that runs off your phone. That day we won't have to pay for it anymore!

Interesting information though, thanks
