If I email orcons hosting support at hostingsupport@orcon.net.nz I get an autoreply with a ticket number saying I should get a reply within 3 business days. When they do reply, and I reply back, I get an autoreply with a brand new ticket number, and then it seems to go to orcons broadband support, where it takes them ages to reply. I found out this after they emailed me back apologising for the dealy, due to it incorrectly going to their broadband support. But it still seems to have this problem, after I replied today. Anyone else having issues with their email ticketing? These days I now just phone them for support as I usually don't want to wait 3 days, but when I am not in a hurry for support I do still email them.
