I have reset my nokia 5230 to recover memory and I notice in connectivity that the network is 2degrees.
Internet etc is still Vodafone. Does anybody know?

There is a 2degress site there, also Matamata.
Not sure if Cambridge site is live - most likely yes.
I know Matamata site is live.

You're probably picking up the signal from Airport Road, Hamilton.

I happened to be walking around Cambridge on Saturday. I saw a portable cell site set up behind some shops in Victoria St. I pulled out my phone and sure enough, I had full bars of 2degrees. I don't know whether this cell was a 2degrees site or one of the other carriers, but I know it's there and that I definitely did have 2degrees coverage.

which shops or general area in Victoria is it? I will go and take a look.
I cant wait for Cambridge to be in 2degrees data zone. Do 2degrees publish a roll out of new sites?

Hi guys,

I can confirm it's a COW (cell on wheels).

We've got 7 of them dotted around the country at the following sites -

Matamata
Cambridge
Blenheim (3 sites)
Picton
Cromwell

These give more of our customers access to mobile broadband around New Zealand.

Cheers
