I've been pre-loading Guild Wars 2, and noticed that it does not seem to be counting towards the monthly data cap - is this normal? If so, that is quite a nice surprise, as the game client is supposed to weigh around 20~ gigabytes in total. Otherwise... I should expect my connection to be capped VERY soon once the usage meter catches up, lol :)
