All my iServe hosted websites are currently offline.

I must say that ever since Orcon bought iServe the service has gone down hill...

Getting to the stage where this thread should be made sticky.

Zeon: Why did Orcon buy iServe?

I have found that it now takes them 2-4 days to reply to email support. Prior to the buyout, emails were answered within a few hours. Also email replies don't display the name of the person replying. It is signed off with support @ ... which lacks the personal touch, and you don't know who you are replying to.

If it is me replying i always put my name it.
However given that any ticket can pass through 3 or more people signing a name can be meaningless.
We are working on bringing down ticket times, little consolation for some i know.

Its been an interesting time digging through what makes up iserve at a technical level.
