Hi Folks,

Kind of hoping I can figure out what is going on here, Ive spoken to 2Degrees and they are going to call me back so waiting, but ive just got a Touch2Pay Mobile the LG Optimus L7 from the 2Degrees store here in Wellington,

Upgraded to the latest snapper app from google play and no matter what I keep getting the above error "No Card Model" when trying to log in via the app and also tried a top up but did not happen.

yep, NFC is turned on, so not sure what else to do, suggestions welcome :)

Do you have a Touch2Pay SIM card? Might be a stupid question because you bought it from 2 Degrees....

Hi Joe,

Just wondering if you could please provide a bit more information so we can investigate this.

Could you please confirm:

1. What version of the Snapper Mobile app you have:

Tap phone's menu button, App Settings > Snapper

- At the top is the version number 1.0.?

2. The phone's software version

Tap phone's menu button, System settings > About phone

- Scroll down to software version, this is the number we need.

3. When you mention that you are trying to log in via the app, what screen is showing in the app when you are trying to do this?

Thanks,
Andrew

Hi Andrew,

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you, All sorted found out what was causing it.... had an option turned on that killed background processes on the phone and this was mucking up the snapper app.

Turned that off and now working as it should :)

These app killers shouldn't be used. They interfere with normal operation and may increase battery consumption.
