I cant get through to call centre today to pay a bill, been on hold for over 10mins (good music selection, btw), wassup?

It doesnt completely render - some buttons and bits are missing and I cant login (that may be my internet connection or lack of actual memory though).

Is there an app I can use to manage my account for Winphone?
