Dear 2 Degrees,

When Vodafone first had iPhone and Telecom didn't, telecom had a deal where they would give you a $600 (or so) account credit for signing up to a plan for 2 years.  The idea was you could buy your own phone and then the $600 would mean you didnt have to pay your phones invoices for the first 6 months or whatever.

I see you will give me $250 if I sign up for $39 for 2 years.  Rather than having to spend that $250 instore, can I make it so that $250 applies to my first invoices for the first 6 months (rather than buying a phone instore)?

Cheers

Can't be put on the account i believe. However if you sign up in Dick Smith for example, the pay monthly bonus simply takes off the total transaction amount. So you can use this for anything in store including gift cards.

You might want to double check this though as i believe their bonuses are sometimes handset specific, and include the bonus (eg $39 bonus plus a further $160 handset specific bonus to make a $200 phone free etc).
