Website not online?
Emails sent out via their server not going or bouncing!
There Phone tech support says internal screens all down.

Anyone any news or expected uptime?

Seems any emails we sent out via their servers this morning have been getting bounced back or lost!!

"Our engineers are investigating an issue which has put our Helpdesk, website, email and some hosting services out of action. There is no ETR available at this time. Apologies for the disruption."

Websites back up but can't access account info as at 12.45PM..

4/10/12 11:07 AM A NUMBER OF SYSTEMS WERE TEMPORARY UNAVAILABLE FROM APPROXIMATELY 07:55AM THIS MORNING UNTIL 12:00PM.
Services affected included:
- Orcon Website
- Cosmos customer portal
- Orcon Mail services / Webmail
- Web Hosting
- DNS updated delayed.
- Voice Mail
Cosmos customer portal, DNS and Orcon Mail services are still under investigation.

Still not received my emails yet and the orcon website is still not responding so the issue is definitely still not fixed.

ok, thought then maybe we were not accessing the same thing, your account login comment gave me the clue, if I try to access the account login page the website does respond but I was just trying http://www.orcon.net.nz/ which when I started this reply was not responding still but just checked it again before posting and it is now working.
