Tried to put my address into the "Set Your Location" but nothing ever works...

thats my address, any chance of knowing how far the exchange is from my house.
currently on Vodafone's 80g with phoneline + paying extra $30- to double the data but not liking the costs and my flat mates always going over the data within 2 week :O
would there be a transfer fee to go straight onto the $111- unlimited plan.
