My father has been having problems with 2degrees sending SMSes whenever he is outside the Christchurch 2degrees coverage area. They just fail to send but work again when he is back in the 2degrees coverage area. He has been into a store and had his SIM card replaced. We've check that the message centre number is set correctly to +64220227672 and have run out of ideas.
He is using a Samsung Galaxy S Plus and with a phone number that was originally on Telecom but was ported to Vodafone and then 2degrees over a year ago.
He needs this to work so is current considering going back to Vodafone.
