I know this is a pretty common complaint but it still seems petty to deny current customers a benefit that is offered to new ones thus creating different tiers of value and respect.

I signed up for Orcon UFB in August and at that time, national phone calls were not free. But now all plans seem to have 'Unlimited' national calls added in. I have asked for a review but have been denied.

While we are not big tolls users, it just seems miserable not to pass on this benefit to those who 'answered the call' a few weeks earlier.

This is especially galling since I have lost phone and Internet access eight times in eight weeks with no sign of a fix. Maybe I should send an invoice for the price of my tolls to compensate for aggravation and time wasted?

Hi there,

I must apologise if you were informed you wouldn't be able to switch over to one of our new plans. This offer is available to all; new and existing customers.

If you are happy to send me a PM with your username I would be happy to arrange the switch.

Cheers,

Cam

national calling is not included on the 200GB or 1TB plan, and they have been grandfathered. so if you are on one of those then I suspect you are out of luck.

You will probably need to switch to the new plans which are 30GB, 60GB or unlimited.

NonPraying. I am on the 30/10 UFB plan.

My post was referring to the data cap on the plan, not the speed.
