Any known issues where texts FROM 2D TO Vodafone fail to send? Texts to Telecom or 2D work fine, and receiving texts from any network works fine.

A user here is having issues with a Galaxy S3 bought from 2D, has tried a few solutions but no dice. The problem is also intermittent just to make it more difficult.

Fails to send, which says to me it's a 2D problem.

Start off by removing the contact / number from the handset and saving it again

I've noticed problems with texts going the other way, from VF to my 2D. I occasionly get texts doubled up when then sender on VF has only sent them once.

Any ideas? Or just a random system glitch?

Sounds like ack back from the handset has not been acknowledged by VSMSC and so SMS is sent again
