Hi there,

We are experiencing throughput issues on some EUBA connections since yesterday afternoon/evening.

Our engineers are currently working on the issue now however there is no ETR just yet - sincere apologies for the disruption.

Cheers,

Cam

same problem here, however some sites seem unaffected and others im getting dialup speed.  Trying to download drivers from hp at < 8kb/s, while winrar from rarlabs.com downloaded at around 250kb/s.

edit: Henderson area.

Sounds like a congested link between west Auckland and the north shore datacenter.

Issue seems to be resolved here in CHCH, getting 1.3MB/s again.

No, looks like an issue with one of our customer terminiation devices (BNG's).

We have vendors investigating. We moved customers over to the redundant node to resolve.

Congested BNG usually wont cause no PPP issue just slow throughput..... might want to give Orcon a call.... possibly incorrect password in the router.
