I'm having really crappy performance watching YouTube - constant stuttering and video stopping. I've rebooted the router, I'm the only person on - is there an issue, a bottle neck in Wellington (specifically the Hutt Valley?).

I'm in Christchurch, and last night would have been the worst I have ever seen YouTube, something I had watched earlier in the day took ages to load back in around 10pm-11pm, so much so I thought I had locked up..
Seems ok this morning tho...

Same for me in ChCh last night. Had to let if buffer a while. Have seen this happen before, usually resolves itself after a while.

Decided maybe it was a good idea to get an early night anyway :)

I too was trying to watch something last night around 11pm and it was slow as a wet week.

I had issues with trying to download YouTube videos, started at 1MB/sec and by the time I gave up was crawling at 7kb/sec. had no issues with watching on YouTube however.
