In Feb we will be moving into a house on a new subdivision which currently has BOF fibre. I thought that WorldXChange were the only service provider offering BOF but I have just been looking at the subdivision website and whereas for the older stages it tells homeowners to contact WXC for service, for our stage it is saying to contact Snap.

Anyone have any info on whether Snap do indeed offer BOF and whether the plans are the same as their UFB ones? I know that Chorus BOF subdivisions are being migrated over to UFB in April so I could wait until then if the pricing isn't very good.

Cheers

Steve

My guess would be that your stage is UFB, which makes sense as you wouldnt expect them to still be rolling out BOF

Yes that's what I'm thinking (hoping) but it strikes me as odd that the developer would specifically direct homeowners to Snap rather than "the provider of your choice". Gawd I hope it's UFB!

Confirmed with Snap that it is indeed UFB. Joys!
