Anyone know the hours for the helpdesk? I just get the standard opening hours message so assume they're closed today.

My broadband its down, needs the port reset at the exchange or something. It happens bow and then but nothing I can do from my end unfortunately.

We are open 10AM till 7PM today. Other public holidays would usually be 10AM till 10PM. I believe I just spoke with you. :)

Yep found out its 10am. No complaints about the service ;-) but sadly I have to wait until a technician calls around as I've done everything I can (changed modems, phone lines, cables, isolation test etc...)

So no broadband this Xmas (aside from on my smartphone). Whatdid people use to do before the internet
?

When our broadband stopped working, the family sat down and played "Risk". Minimum game time for us was 5 hours...Thank goodness our broadband was reliable most of the time!

It pains me to think people are without broadband over the holidays. May Chorus bring your suffering to an end in a timely fashion.
