Any plans to bring windows phones to 2 degrees? Hoping I will be able to get one when my contract renews in May.

As the owner of three previous Huawei android phones, the brand has not exactly filled me with confidence! maybe they can do a better job with windows phone. At least it has nfc which I was looking for in my next phone.

It does look good though and has the front facing camera too. Looks like I may have another Huawei again if this comes to 2 degrees before May.

You can always buy something like Nokia Lumia 620 outright from outside and use it on any of the mobile carriers in NZ.

Where's the best place to buy one?

I think 2degrees were supposed to get the Samsung Ativ ... but that phone is slow to arrive in the real world.

You could always sign up for your plan in one of the retailers like Warehouse Stationery and use your plan bonus $ to get a Windows 8 phone from one of the other telcos that they sell.

You should not really be hit with GST since it's below NZ$400 incl shipping.

the spec on the W1 is really good. Looking forward to having a look at one in the flesh. Seems to beat the 8s hands down with better proc, battery, screen, nfc, front camera, just has older spec bluetooth, but as long as it connects to my hands free, I don't really care. Cheers billgates for pointing it out.

If all goes according to plan the W1 should be available around the end of the month.
