I recently moved into an apartment in the Auckland CBD and the tenant already in the apartment was with Orcon. The connection here is absolutely awful.


There is fibre running along the road (have checked fibre maps), and used to be an internet cafe about 4 buildings down that had excellent connection rates.

 

Do you think this might be a problem with the wiring in the apartment building or something the ISP could potentially fix?
