i started calling yesterday at 8 am and no one is answering phones except the sales team who won't help or even connect me to someone who will. this is just the pits. am dealing with a bereavement and need to defer sign up as funds
needed to fly home and in nearly 24 hours they won't answer phone, emails or messages. really don't need this **** right now and no doubt there'll be some lame excuse, but really ... 24 hours? not a very good start to what's going to be a short relationship.
