Have recently travelled overseas and am away for 2 months. I set up call forwarding on my HTC One X handset before I left to divert to a NZ number. Forwarding was working fine the day I left. However now that I have arrived I have no forwarding and no voicemail. Message says number is not set up to receive calls.

I have called 2 degrees for help but they say there is nothing they can do from there side as the forwarding is setup on the handset only. And while im roaming I cannot update or change my forwarding settings as im not registered on the 2degrees network in NZ.

I cannot wait 2 months to receive calls so was wondering if anyone had a solution as to how I may be able to fix this while overseas?

I used the call forwarding feature.

I forwarded when busy and forwarded when unanswered.

Unsure what those codes represent sorry.
