Since I moved to my house I was on port waiter for VDSL with another great company, however the wait was too long so I decided it was time to find a new company and snap offered us ADSL till we wait for VDSL. 10 days passed and chorus mad a fault on our conneftion , OK another 3 days later it was fixed. Then another wait for VDSL which stated we weren't on port waiter... Got my VDSL connected today. Peek times in Auckland and I get a steady 5 mb/s download from steam sweeet. I would just like to thank their customer support who had received around 50 calls from me in the past 2 months in helping me a lot So far I was with multiple ISP and snap has so far been the best. 10/10 IMHO
