0800 numbers

I don't seam to be able to call 0800 numbers on my analog phone connected to the Fritz on Fon1, Tested calling my mobile and all ok.

do you have to change something to enable 0800 calling.

I needed to call AMI on 0800100200, worked fine from my mobile but couldn't call it using Snaps VOIP.

I couldn't find any info on it with a quick google. does anyone else have this issue.

same thing happened to me and it was AMI as well, you get a message saying you cant connect from this number had to phone Snap and they managed to fix it in seconds, not sure what they did but its worked ever since and AMI is the only 0800 number that has done this

Common sense is not as common as you think.
