So it seems that "my account" on the slingshot website is down.

Just my luck that it happens within the five seconds that I decide to check my allowance and review my usage. Been thinking about Snap, but need to actually see if I'll be better off.

Call Center tells me a few hours before it is back up again - how long is a few?

Hi Sparky787,

Our My Account feature is currently only avaiable to Slingshot connections. If you are tying to access your account from other internet connections you won't be able to unfortunatly.
