I am on an old Orcon Purple plan (plain ADSL router / non-naked line).

I want to increase my cap from 30Gb but I can't do it using the plan change tool.

Has anyone managed to do this?

Like most companies I suspect you'll find you're stuck on an old plan once they become legacy, and your only choice is to move to a new plan.

Pity that they don't seem to be offering a new plan in our area. Each time I use the address checker I am told they can't offer the deal but give me a link to click on to see what they can offer, this link now only leads to the Genius product page. They can't offer us that because it appears we are connected to a roadside cabinet not even Chorus acknowledges exists.

Same here on WHK/A, which definitely exists and is in SAT.

No. After asking several times  I gave then one months notice and went to Telecom 150 Gig plan after 13 years with Orcon.   Worse thing is they still have my account as active as I got a bill for another full month yesterday  instead of 2 weeks.. Looked online and it's still there..

Non genius plans:
http://www.orcon.net.nz/external/genius/index.php?genius=0&addressverified=1&keepprequal=1&network=uba&disableprequal=1

But they are significantly more expensive though in terms of how much data you get.
