Well done slingshot - lost the internet at a clients office while i was onsite and switched over to the backup orcon connection - checked the slingshot website and saw the network status had been changed already to show there is an issue. 

Well done. :-)

Automated recording advising of outage on their helpline too - pretty impressed I didn't even have to go on hold

We can confirm we are currently experiencing a nationwide network issue, which is affecting customers in regards to broadband and also homeline. We are currently investigating and hoping to have this resolved as soon as possible. Will keep you posted for updates.

EDIT: Fault appears to be resolved.  We will keep you posted if there are any further issues in the near future.
