ok can anyone tell me how to check plans without putting my address in everytime i want to compare prices, even logging on as a customer i have to put my address in , hitting back space to look at another plan i have to put my address in again, has anyone found a way around this , it's starting to really annoy me, im sure there must be a better way just to compare plans.

It isn't really an issue is it....

Chorus have a map. Why rely on Snap to provide this info?

As a Snap customer I like their website. 'My Snap' lets me do anything I may need to do to manage my connection so in that respect their website works very very well.

Hi guys

We hear you loud & clear! We're just about to kick off a project that will ultimately deliver a much improved web experience, including better smartphone/tablet functionality.

You'll need to give us a few months as its a big project, but it should be worth the wait!

Cheers
Ralph

sorry its just the plans we want to compare ie: if i want to compare the naked plan to the one with a phone , you have to put your address in twice to see both plans and then if you forget something in the first plan, to see it again you have to put your address back in to get back to the plan. really fustrating.

And thanks Ralph for the feedback will wait with interest

Seems to work OK for me - I'm only having to put my address in once and it remembers it. However I was navigating using the controls on the page (the big orange back button) and not using backspace or the browser back button.

When I first used the updated site a while ago, it took me several tries and several views of the chorus UFB availability map to find an address which let me me check UFB plan/prices. I went through this process whenever I checked Snap's plans for a few weeks as I forgot addresses which weren't my own lol. Now I just got to make sure I remember Allen Road in Grey Lynn and I'll be sweet :P

Thanks for posting about the orange back button on the page. Never really took notice of the bottom of the page.

Using a providers website to check for ufb availability isnt a good idea either as that provider just might not have an interconnect in that area. Another provider may be able to connect. TBH though why anyone wouldnt choose Snap is beyond. They are just so awesome.

It'd be nice if we didn't need to log in to check our usage. Just a usage/total up the top somewhere if connecting from a Snap IP, maybe?
