I'd like to see what "value packs" have been debited from, and possibly recredited to, my 2Degrees prepay account.

The 2Degrees Web site gives details of calls, SMS's, MMS's, data usage and top-ups but does not show purchase (or refund) of value packs.

My balance has been debited at least once (probably twice - an involved story for a small amount of $) for a text pack I never realised I had and certainly didn't want.  The most recent debit is supposed to have been reversed, but there's no easy way of determining whether it has been.

Is there a way of retrieving a detailed statement of cashflow of a prepay account?

I've thought the same thing. I just track mine manually, but that's a bit of a hassle.

Hi Kiwigander

We appreciate the feedback, we will look to put this on the roadmap for later this year.

While there's not a 'cashflow' report available in Your 2degrees you can download your usage and see your balances, you also have *100*1# to use which is free and works overseas too.

In the meantime our Care team are available 24/7 on 200 from your 2degrees phone or 0800 022022 and happy to help if you need any info on refunds or credits to your account.

Cheers
^POB
