Hi All

I just wanted to share my experience over the last twelve months since joining Orcon.

At the start I was accidently put on to 30Gb plan when I had requested the 200Gb plan, $300ish worth of data charges as I had gone a little crazy on the downloading. Spoke with Orcon and charges reversed and data plan changed, no problems.

Few months back had huge problems with Teamspeak continusously disconnecting and reconnecting, was driving me crazy. After a few days of phone calls and troubleshooting we rolled back the firmware on the genius modem and like magic no more issue's, happy again.

Few days ago decided 200Gb wasnt cutting it so requested plan change to unlimited and sure enough without fail was upgraded today as promised. Which I might add seems great so far.

So all in all Im a very happy customer, great service.

Thank you Orcon

Well well, yes it is certainly is.

I nearly joined orcon (fibre), but after reading all the negative feedback, I cancelled. For now, I sit on the fence with regards to changing isp and wait to see if there is more positive feedback especially re fibre. Early daysWink

I am with Orcon last 7 months. was on copper, my street fibre was laying. I apply on line for change from copper to fibre. with in 4 week they come to my place and install fibre and switch over smoothly without any outage. I am happy with the service I got from Orcon. I also recomment Orcon to my friends. Thanks again orcon
