Better pay up quick smart!

Seriously though, could you forward the email to socialmedia@team.orcon.net.nz so we can investigate?

Thanks!

Not to hi-Jack this thread, but I recently left orcon and I got a bill however when I called the CSR they said that I should wait for my final bill before I pay as there might be credits etc. Yet I still get reminders from the credit team.....I guess its automated.

Are you sure you don't have a credit balance or something like that? Feel free to email through to the same address (socialmedia@team.orcon.net.nz) and I'll have a look for you if you like.

Hi,
I received the $0 to pay bill as well.  I have forwarded it to that email for investigation as well...

Slightly irrelevant but I received another note to pay earlier (few days ago) and  had paid about an hour previously, so I got to be in the small group of people targeted by the "If you have already paid please ignore this email" statment

Hi all - we had a process change with the reminder emails which caused some "nil balance" accounts to get the email by mistake. This has been addressed, apologies for the confusion!

Cheers,

Cam
