Hi Guys

I tried to ring the 0800 but I was losing my patience with being on Hold.

I've just went to have a look to see if I could upgrade my plan, (and I set my location as well, because I know I am in a slightly less populated area). It did not seem that it was worth upgrade at this stage, but....

Homeline rental is now cheaper then what I am paying. And to be honest, I'd love to be paying $10 a month less.

Currently I am on 50gig and a homeline with Slingshot. I don't have any extra calling plans.

Long story short, I want my homeline rental to change to reflect the cheaper prices...Is this possible please?

Hi Sparky,

Pricing is dependent on your location, this is due to Slingshot being able to provide their own hardware to some exchanges and not to others, this is called the Better Network. If we can provide the Better Network, we will endeavour to do so through bulk migrations. If you are eligible for the Better Network we will generally advise you and move you over. You can private message me here with your account information and I'll see if I you can be migrated.
