I don't think they have free off-peak anymore for Slingshot...

Really ? if I go to my data usage it shows the free off peak listed in that section.

You will be on an old plan. It used to be 2AM to 8AM if I am not mistaken.

If it is on everyone's account, then it is most likely a feature that has been disabled. It is not available on new plans.

I think most if not all of our customers who were on free off peak plans have been moved to Rollover plans. If you PM me your account I'll let you know though.
