I used to be able to use Apple iMessage just fine with Compass, however, after switching to Flip, iMessage is really slow and sometimes I don't get notification such as emails.

Does anyone have any experience of this?

Cheers,
Henry

Strange...I tested this over the weekend with my iPhone and didn't have any issues.

Really difficult thing to troubleshoot - perhaps test another phone?

Yes most of us have iPhones in the flat and we have been experiencing slow sending time as well as not receiving iMessage (Normal text message instead). It is working perfectly fine on cellular network.

Cheers,
Henry

Have asked two other staff members and they aren't having the issue mentioned.

Any specific error messages displayed?

Might be worth contacting Apple to see what they recommend.

Maybe try sending the iMessage from a different default. For example my iMessage is associated with 2 emails and one mobile number. I use the mobile number as the send from default but I could use one of the email addresses. Go to Settings - Messages - Send and Receive to set up.

Hi there,

I'm a Vodafone mobile customer and I have no issues with iMessages at all when I'm on 3G except when I'm connected to my home wifi network.

Strange thing is that ever since I have switched to Flip, I have had a lot of problems with iMessages. However, everything else are fine such as internet browsing and downloading etc... YouTube is extremely fast too :)

Anyway, I will contact Apple and see...

The imessage service had issues a few months back which impacted many customers no matter what ISP they were on
