Hi,

I am an old Orcon Customer looking to re-join onto the Genius Plan.

I tried to do this on the website and it says because I'm an existing customer I should use the account login.  So I logged in and eventually got told to use the website (or Phone the 0800)...

So I used the website and ...

No I didn't or I'd still be there in that loop today!

I really don't want to have to call the 0800 number as I don't have the time and I have some specific requirements that need to be 100% correct, So I'd prefer to join back online...

Or am I just missing something here?

Sounds less than ideal, it should be easy for old customers to come back to us :)  Certainly worth feeding back to the product team, if you could PM me your username that'd be useful.

In the meantime, your best bet is to call the 0800 JOIN US sales number, they will sort it out for you tout de suite.

I remember now... when logged in I can only change plans, but because I don't currently have one at all I need to go elsewhere to add one...
Unless there is a good business reason for it, this seems like it should be easy to change things...
