Hey there,
We have put our order in with Snap! (VDSL with Snap+) on Saturday evening. First payment was made immediately and seemed to be received all well and good.

We got phone call today from Snap saying they're attempting to transition our line over but Orcon is not receiving (or ignoring) the orders. According to the Snap rep they (Orcon) were going to do a complete disconnection of our line and this would mean that snaps connecting could take 10+ days to occur. He informed me that I would need to contact Orcon and tell them to stop doing this.

So, I called Orcon immediately to inform them of this and to ask them to stop the complete disconnection. The rep was nice but denied anything. She claimed that nothing had been noted on the account and they would have to wait for Snap's order to come in.

I'm a little annoyed/confused - what do you guys reckon I should do? Should I call Snap back and inform them of what Orcon has said? Or, should I just wait it out and see what happens? (am I completely over thinking a simple situation?)

Thanks
