I almost lost the will to live listening to Prelude for 2 Guitars over and over and over again!

Yes, please change the hold music.

My last two calls to Snap were 25 and 30 minutes on hold each, and was mightily sick of it by then!

Lurking ...

How about Sam Hunt singing ... "999 green bottles of beer on the wall, 999 green bottles of beer. Take one down, pass it around, 998 green bottles of beer on the wall, ..."

Hi guys

Maybe we should crowd source our hold music?? Looking at some options at the moment but doubt we'll find something to please everyone!

In all seriousness, our preference is to get the wait times back under control, new front-line staff started today and we're still actively looking for more to help cater for recent (and planned) growth.

Cheers
Ralph

Maybe some Celine Dion? No, that wouldn't work. You would have Phil from WorldxChange clogging up the phone lines listening to it :)

That's only if you can get him out of his own queue listening to Crowded House.

Hold music should have options,
For rock press 1
For easy listening press 2
For Rick Astley press 3
For White noise press 4
For no more of Snaps greatest hits, hang up.

Hold music has killed Crowed House music for me. They must get good royalities, because I think 'weather with you' is used by most call centres.

Good to hear that Snap's going to tackle the wait times. When I first joined a couple of years ago the longest wait I remember was about 5 minutes, I called a couple of days ago to organise moving house and I waited almost 30 minutes - starting to get into TelstraClear tech support territory!

And every button except 3 delivers Rick Astley?
