Any clever ways to filter out spam using Slingshot web mail?. Ive set the spam setting to the highest and nothing is getting caught. The usual spam emails get through

Is it really spam or is it just emails which you don't want to receive, but got signed up to legitimately? Just asking as there is a difference

yes real spam, Ive filtered out words like enlargement etc. Would be good to filter out based on the from address . Not the sss@ss.ss.ss address but address that displays like 'free enlargement sample' . but really want the spam filter to work.
I wonder if the slingshot spam filter works 80% of the time, then fails, and needs manual restart, as can get many emails over a short period and then nothing.
Or it could be the spam filter is just taking time to learn, then it kicks in. Then new emails come out and the relearning starts again.

From the Slingshot Network Status page

Slingshot have recently upgraded the Anti-SPAM and Anti-Virus technology used to protect the email services we provide to our customers. Unfortunately in some cases this is incorrectly blocking messages as SPAM. We are working to identify and resolve these issues ASAP and will update you once we have done so. We really appreciate your patience while we fine tune these new enhancements.

I guess it's also doing the reverse and letting some through
