Does anyone know if there is a web portal that we can change our Snap Plus voicemail options (the hosted service, not the built-in Fritz!Box answer machine)?

I had tech support setup voicemail to email for me, but I would rather be able to change these things myself.

The other thing I want to do is change how many rings before it goes to voicemail, it is currently on 10 and that is just too many. I've gone through all the audio menus in the service and can't find this.

Does anyone know how to do this?

unless you use the fritz box answering machine , you cant change the settings yourself, but it is easier just to use the fritz box answer machine , if you do you can set everything the way you want it, and thats a lot of options.

Common sense is not as common as you think.

I had snap change their answer phone to 1 minute, so calls to to the AM on the fritz unless my house is offline. Works well

That's not a bad idea.
