Just got off the phone with Snap, after being on hold for half an hour. A callback service would be great if you are too busy...

But the thing that irritates me is to not be able to sign up for the service, they had to check with Chorus first before they can sign me up. Strange stuff if you ask me.

Really want Snap... like yesterday. But now it seems like it could be as much as 11 days away. :(

Are you trying to get ADSL/VDSL or UFB?

Snap, will PM you but there is already a case going to find out what you can offer at the address. Will send you the case number too.

DjShadow, I would have loved UFB but I doubt they are able to provide that at this time, so will probably be VDSL.

I recently signed up for VDSL without talking to anyone. The website signup makes you check your address via an online tool before it will let you select a plan.

Is there something strange about your address that means the standard tool wont work maybe?

Hi Jarle,

Thanks for the PM, just confirming that you are quite lucky, you can get UFB,ADSL and VDSL.

If you urgently need to get online I would recommend that you take up ADSL2 with us and then move to UFB (which can take a while to get installed, especially as you are in a Multi Dwelling Apartment / MDU)

If you want to go ahead PM us!

Thanks,
TheRalph

Hello TheRalph. Talked to your customer service again today and have signed up for naked VDSL. The person I talked to did not know or see anything about UFB being available.

If it is, I want to switch to that as soon as you guys can manage, but want internet in as soon as possible, so can start out with the VDSL.
