anyone else noticing odd issues outside of NZ and AUS? getting rather erratic latency spikes, and downloads arent breaking 12KB/s per thread (to US and NL servers)..

yea, its a rather new issue.. was working fine, went out for 20 mins and all of a sudden things were derping..

looks to me like a router issue in the core :/

Trace and Ping tests are very slow [I'm on 100/50 UFB in Christchurch] - clearly a problem on the network.
