We had a power outage last night and I noticed internet was down when I was using my phone, I couldn't get time to diagnose it, and my dad is telling me it's still not working despite multiple attempts to restart the modem. Is anyone else having internet problem as well?

What are the lights' status on the ONT?
Have you called Orcon?

No known issues our end. Sounds isolated to your end.

Do you have link on the ONT? Have you rebooted the ONT also, not just the modem?

Cool, rebooted the ONT and now working, thanks guys (thought my dad said he rebooted both devices already)
