Happened twice tonight, just stopped half way thru a track and I couldnt seek past the point it stopped at. Second time I changed the PC to the snap connection and it let me seek past that point immediately.

Some moderate torrenting going on at the same time, but it has never been an issue till tonight. Anyone else see this happen at all?

Slingshot mentioned on their facebook page that they're having network issues at the moment, you might be affected by it. I have no idea why they have not added it to the network issues section on their website.

  • SlingshotNZ "We are currently experiencing some browsing issues which may be affecting a few customers nationwide. If you are having issues browsing the internet, we appreciate your patience as we work hard to resolve the issue." Status was 4 hours ago.

Though, being 4 hours ago, it might all be resolved.

The process in getting an update on to their website is quite a rigerous one, if they still use the same system as before. Which is why it never used to get updated. Serious issues make it, but little network glitches that impact few customers do not.

Well that obviously needs to be fixed then. There's no point having a network issues section if it's not utilized, even large issues seem to only make it onto that section a long time after they are found - and only if the issue is a long term one. The section is pretty much pointless at the moment, as at the rate it's being updated, it's unusable.
